Today we finalized topics and created hypotheses for our experiments. Then, we chose methods of gathering data.
Here are each student's hypothesis and method of research:
Jeanne--Students develop strategies to deal with stress as they go through high school. Survey
Gabrielle--Social groups change over the course of high school. Interview
Bruce--As you get older your overall self-image becomes more independent. Survey/interview
Chandler--As teenagers progress from grades 9 through 12, their opinions towards their parents change. Survey
Andrew--Teenagers become more mature through high school. Survey
Annika--Students in high school are affected by peer pressure. Survey

For the rest of the week, students will be constructing and giving their surveys/interviews and compiling data. Final products are due 11/26 for presentation in class. Process for the creation of the final is below.
